Chopped Tomatoes (40%), Organic Soya Mince (27%) (soya), Red Kidney Beans (9%), Red & Yellow Peppers (7%), Red Onion (5%), Tomato Paste (4%), Garlic (2%), All (<1%): Tamari Soy Sauce (soya), Organic Brown Rice Miso (soya), Smoked Paprika, Coriander, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar (sulphites), Ground Cumin, Dried Oregano, Crushed Red Chilli.

Microwave Heating

  Set the microwave to 850 Watts. Tear pouch and place on a microwaveable bowl. Heat as per time indicated on label. Enjoy!

On the hob heating

Do not tear pouch. Place it in a pan with boiling water. Flip the pouch a few times to cook evenly. Make sure the pouch is submerged. Heat as per time indicated on label. Enjoy!
