Simple Foods is a health forward, convenient and carefully sourced frozen food brand. Our goal is to serve you healthy food made from fresh produce. Our vacuum sealed portions can be ordered according to your preferred diet, taste and needs. We have over 300+ possible combinations.
You can shop from our Market and select individual portions within our selection of Proteins, Vegetables, Bases and Desserts. You can choose to create meals by combining three portions or you can select portions to be matched with what you have in your fridge. If you are looking for ready meal plans specially put together by our nutritionist, you can go to the Kits section. There you can find five different Kits to match specific goals: Energy, Brain Function, Strength, Vegan and Balance. You can choose from a set of 6,8,10 meals. Our meals are designed to be meals for one, delivered to you at home or work to suit your schedule. Simple Food meals are made up of three portions; our suggested meal would include 1 protein, 1 vegetable and 1 base. Most of our bases equal one portion, but we do have some special options! Portions with dots equal a double portion, these are equivalent to one vegetable and one base.
At Simple Foods we believe frozen food can be just as good as fresh. We carefully vacuum seal all foods to lock in vitamins. The method is used by renowned chefs in restaurants in order to maintain food’s best flavour and achieve optimum cooking results. We bring you chef-quality food without the hassle and attention you require in the traditional cooking method. Every year in the UK nearly 6 million tonnes of food from households end up in landfill. Simple Foods is a convenient, health-forward meal option, with longer shelf life that helps to cut on food waste.
We have a variety of recipes on offer, as individual portions of Protein, Vegetable and Base or Dessert. We are committed to giving you the flexibility of choice and to bring new flavours, taking advantage of seasonal ingredients to refresh our menu. All our recipes are developed by our in-house chef, nutritionist and food specialist in our kitchen. Our flexitarian menu contains only the best ingredients boosted with macro-nutrients to support your active and healthy life. We do not use additives, preservatives, refined carbs or refined sugar.
We believe in flexibility – it is so good, we’re sure you’ll be back for more! No subscription is needed to start enjoying Simple Foods.

When removed from the freezer, your food can be heated in the microwave at 850 watts or in a water bath. The water bath method does not require any special equipment, just a pan with boiling water. You can heat up multiple portions, together. Each portion package has its individual cooking time instruction. Please make sure to follow those. Microwave: Tear top of pouch along the dotted line to open and place it on a plate. Heat as per time indicated on the label at 850Watts. If you are heating up more than one pouch, add an extra 2 ½ minutes to the highest cooking time. Microwave cooking time: 4min Cooktop: Do not tear pouch and place it in a pan with boiling water. The boiling amount should be enough to cover the food. Cooking time as per indicated on the label. If you are heating up more than one pouch, follow the cooking time of each portion. Cooktop cooking time: 7min
We clearly state which of our recipes are Dairy Free (DF), Vegan (V), Vegetarian (Vg), Gluten free (GF) and Nut Free (NF).
